1) a recent certificate issued by their chamber of commerce or crafts association stating their being craftsmen or exporters of handicraft
2) photos of all the products they intend to exhibit
3) photos of craftsmen while manufacturing the products to be displayed and any other document proving that products to be displayed are hand made
203.00 euro/sqm or 228.00 euro/sqm with open sides: stands are ready-equipped and include: dividing walls, upper fabric panel which can be personalised, headboard with exhibitor's trading name, carpeting, lighting, 300 watts electric socket and switch) + 310.00 euro as registration fee (including all-risks insurance) + 224.00 euro registration fee for each guest producer, in addition to the stand owner (for official/national stands only) + VAT (20% at present) on the total.
Stands are 12 sqm (minimum) or 16 sqm and multiples thereof
The full payment of the balance must be made no later than October 31, 2007 |
